This hotel is a true gem. the luxurious amenities fulfilled my every need. the room was stunning, with exclusive facilities that made my stay more comfortable. the spa center was amazing: the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and wellness center provided an experience beyond my expectations. the location advantages were unbeatable, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and nightlife options. the service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff always ready to help.

Despite this, the outdoor swimming pool and garden area were perfect to relax and unwind.

The decoration is the best, but other than that, I do not recommend it to anyone for this has been the worst experienced ever in my life. For someone who has visited the world, when I say it is the worst, trust me it is. It started from the check in that took 55minutes and then took me to rooms that are not ready although I arrived at 5pm when the check in time is 3pm ending with the chechout and everything in between was miserablly poorly delivered. I shall never ever come back.

Difficult to fault this brilliant hotel. My wife & I just love it - particularly the nice extras you get staying in a Gold Club room at the Palace (24/7 concierge & lounge facilities, including evening cocktails and the best afternoon tea ever!). Staff can't do enough for you and you feel they genuinely want you to have a great experience staying there. This was our 4th visit since 2004 and it remains our favourite hotel anywhere. Expensive, but up there with the very best.

Exceptional professionalism in every staff member : elegant, cultured environment, of very high quality. Ideal "oasis' for those looking for a retreat-like environment that is restful, tranquil, and peaceful. Afternoon the is a great plus : easy access to restaurant choices most of the day is a strong positive - pretty much allows guests to eat what/when they like.

Very small detail only : no means of making coffee/tea in rooms. No iron, ironing board. The only significant problem was the climate - too hot to be outisde for very long, even from early morning. This is not the fault of the hotel of course.

The facilities, hotel location and especially restaurants & bars are great and unique. Our room was nice too with direct access to the garden.

Unfortunately, this is the typical hotel that due to constant high occupancy rates doesn't care for their customers so much anymore. There is a complete lack of personal care, staff is unflexible and service is poor, except in the restaurants where service is great. Attention to detail got lost. Also it is not a very child frienly hotel compared to the Jumeirah Hotels. Due to these reasons, as nice as the hotel might be, we will stay in Al Qasr Hotel in the future and not come back to Royal Mirage. Price/Quality is not right.

I loved the friendly quiet environment. It was nourishing to our souls. Very romantic peaceful place to celebrate our first anniversary. I will definetly be back.

Due to humid weather, the AC was not cooling down the room too fast. The moment we opened the balcony, the room's temperature is not your best friend.

The Hotel is very well maintianed and the staff are highly efficient. Laundry, in room service and other facilities are fast and beautifully presented. The Beach restaurant has a great menu and has a lovely feel. Pool and garden areas are first class, but stay away from the main pool unless you have a younger family. Not an issue, as there are plenty of other places to relax, and an adults only pool with cabanas. The Hotel as full, but still plently of room at all meal times and during the day for sun. Get the shuttle boat to the One and Only Palm 101 for lunch or dinner.

It's not cheap, but it's worth what you pay.

High standards modern/islamic decoration. The interior design is such amazing. The view on graden followed by sea brings you out of the crowded cities to refreshing mood of beauty of nature

There was no variety in resturants , arabic food was really missing there. Further no activites being held. The palce is too quite in a way at night is somehow killing ! one more comment, that regarding to complementry service for tea and coffee was left according to the guest request which is not right at all , it should be provided in advance where I was charged for every time I reqested for and finally at check out I got the information that the complementry should be for free and should provided.

The Hotel looks great and is set amongst beautiful gardens in a lovely location.

The staff and service was not up to a level expected of a five star hotel. We asked the concierge to make a reservation for us at the Beach Seafood grill. However, when we turned up for dinner we found that a reservation had not been made. The next morning we asked staff where we could have breakfast, the first staff member didn't know and the second (who appeared to be more senior) sent us to a restaurant which was closed. When we attempted to order dinner there were four seperate occassions where we were told that the item we wanted was not available at the time we tried to order or after having taken our order the waiter came back saying it was no longer available. This also happened at a different restaurat the next day at lunch.

The location and amenities were very good. The food in the restaurants we attended was good but not exceptional. The staff were friendly but lacked a degree of professionalism.

Nothing in particular. The hotel lacks character and obvious management commitment. I did not see a manager or senior official anywhere during my stay. The staff appeared unmotivated and that is a failure of management to inject character and commitment into their staff. The is a regular problem I have seen throughout the middle east where management fails to take a 'hands on' role.

Excellent service and a hotel that does not look like you're in Disneyworld or Las Vegas which is rare for Dubai.

The view from the beach is really not nice.

I stayed there 6 years ago it was excellent 6 years later it still is for Dubai that's a rarity very pleased I stayed at the One & Only.

WiFi service very much behind not readily available in the hotel the days for charging for internet service in 5 Star hotels are over it should not be an issue.
